Data Scientist at US Ignite

Palak Agarwal serves as a Data Scientist at US Ignite where she focuses on making insights from data to help with policymaking. Prior to US Ignite, Palak worked as an architect in India for 2 years designing for underserved communities through CSR projects. During her masters, she focused on research that looked into understanding the climate and global dynamics between the global north and south. She believes that enactable policies should be developed and employed across the country, and reflective of the myriad spatial, social, cultural, political, and morphological agents that constitute place. Palak holds a dual master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Landscape Architecture and Urban Spatial Analytics.
