Dissertation/Research Advisor: Prof. Dr. Masoud Ghandehari
My research focuses on developing a thermodynamic model using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code to identify improvements for urban thermal comfort. Part of my research involves the validation of the simulated climate parameters such as air and surface temperatures using infrared cameras, contact sensors, and weather stations. I hope to contribute to the development of tools supporting urban planning practices that prioritize sustainability, energy efficiency and urban thermal comfort.
