Biography
Karen joined NYU’s Wasserman Center for Career Development in 2017 as Senior Associate Director, Employer Relations, based in the Brooklyn office. Prior to joining the Wasserman Center, Karen was head of investment banking programs at Citi, where she focused on developing the careers of recent graduates, and before that she was head of Employer Relations and Campus Recruitment at Barnard College. Karen began her career as an investment banker, first at Goldman Sachs and then Lehman Brothers. She has a BA in economics and mathematics from Yale, and an MBA in finance from Wharton. Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially if it involves skiing, Thai food, or a Citi Bike.
