MS Class of 2020


Aparna is a MS student at NYU CUSP. Prior to NYU, she had worked in Accenture as a BI developer. Her passion lies in the field of machine learning and natural language processing and how it can be used to tackle real-world urban issues. She has also done research in the field of Genetic Algorithms and Memetic Algorithms. Her diverse background has helped her develop a set of skills including both the technical know-how and the ability to build meaningful connections and tell stories with data.

Provided Enterprise Solutions in Business Intelligence to BASF, Germany Responsibilities included:

  • Data loading, monitoring and scheduling using Process Chains
  • Creation and Analysis of SAP BI Queries using BeX Analyzer
