Kara’s interest in sustainability and the built environment led her to join CUSP’s inaugural class in 2013.
During her time at CUSP, Kara pursued coursework that would enhance her technical skills in the hopes of shifting towards a more data-intensive career path. During the Spring semester, she interned at a technology consulting company implementing project control solutions via the Oracle Primavera suite. Her final project will involve generating an economic map of the New York City for the Department of Finance.
After completing her degree at CUSP, Kara will join New York City startup Thinkful, where she will use her technical skills as a developer.
